Where can I get tickets for the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles?
Because of the current Corona virus regulations, tours are currently operating at a reduced capacity, limiting the number of tickets available from the ticket centre and the online ticket shop.
We recommend that you reserve tickets in advance from the online ticket shop (https://shop.ticket-center-hohenschwangau.de/).
How can I cancel my hotel booking?
Did you book via an online portal (e.g. booking.com, hrs.de, hotel.de, etc…)? Please cancel the reservation using the same online portal*. (You will usually require the name you used at the time of booking and the booking number). Did you book via our website, https://www.hotelfantasia.de? If so, you can easily cancel your booking there. Did you reserve via telephone or email? Then simply send us an email or call us at: +49 8362 300670 *IMPORTANT! The booking will stay in place until you have cancelled it via the respective online booking portal.
I provided my credit card details when making the reservation, will this be charged in advanced?
We only use your credit card details to guarantee the booking. It will not be charged in advance. You can also pay using a different credit card. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the price of a night’s stay to the credit card if the reservation is not cancelled. (For more information, see our T&Cs).
Where can I park my car?
We have a car park available right in front of the hotel for just 6 Euros a night (no parking space reservation possible).
Are there smoking and non-smoking rooms in the hotel?
All of the rooms in the hotel are non-smoking rooms.
How do I use the Internet in the hotel?
We provide free Wifi Internet access.
